Group Offerings
Group offerings are emerging as we grow. Sarah Lu offers somatic and movement groups. Naomi is planning more contemplative formats. Other practitioners will bring their offerings in the near future. What’s running now is below — check back for updates, or write to us if there’s something you’re looking for or would like to offer.
Authentic Movement
Authentic Movement is a relational movement practice centered on deep listening, embodied expression, and witnessing. In this practice, one person moves while another witnesses with attentive presence, creating space to be seen in authenticity without judgment or performance. Through spontaneous movement, stillness, and reflection, Authentic Movement invites communication through the body and cultivates awareness, connection, and trust in inner experience.

Body Doubling for Clinical Notes (In-Person or Online)
For clinicians. The rough outline of our time: 45 minutes of focused work, a 15-minute break (room for questions or things that come up, where the group might be able to help each other), another 30 minutes of work.

An Experimental Mostly Silent Group for Helpers
I will be offering a six-week in-person group in SE Portland on Thursday evenings this fall for mid-life humans in a helping profession. The idea is to facilitate a space where verbal communication isn't the goal. Instead, we can come together to do our personal inner work, and share very little, or maybe nothing. We can decide together whether we want a seventh session to process the experience.
The time we're together will also be free of technology — no phones, no screens.
What I can offer is a soothing, introspective space, some initial screening for fit, and facilitation in the sense of space-holding. I can also offer some reading material for people who are new to this sort of inner work.
Bring: a journal of any kind and something to write with
I'll have: cushions, backjacks, a few chairs, an altar, ambient music
