Room to Practice

For most practitioners this does not mean buying anything new. If you already carry professional or general liability coverage, that policy usually extends to teaching and group work, and your insurer can issue a certificate naming us as an additional insured. It is typically an email request, often free, and often same-day.

If you do need coverage, here is where other practitioners have gone. We are not affiliated with any of these and cannot advise on which is right for you — confirm with the carrier that your specific modality is covered before you buy.

One-off events, retreats, and workshops

Day-rate policies, generally $150–200 for a single day. Each of these lets you add a venue as an additional insured during the application.
